David Notowitz is the founder and lead audio and video forensic expert at the National Center for Audio and Video Forensics (NCAVF). In addition to assisting in high profile cases across the country, NCAVF is used to clarify audio and video with cases involving trip and fall, family law disputes, and federal and state criminal cases across the country. His background with film and video includes editing and producing feature films, television news, corporate videos, and documentaries.

MINDFULNESS LEADS TO COMPETENCE – RULE 3-110: HOW TO MEET YOUR ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS AS A LAWYER
This event qualifies as a Competence Credit for MCLE requirements.
Description: Competence for attorneys includes the "mental, emotional, and physical ability" to perform legal services. Jasmine will go over the ethical requirements embedded in Rule 3-110 and share her approach on how an attorney can meet these requirements in this stressful job. The presentation includes a two minute mindful practice.
Presenter: Jasmine Rausch is a Corporate Wellness Expert and Certified Yoga Therapist. She has a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from California State University Northridge and has earned her credentials in Clinical Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University’s graduate Yoga Therapy RX program, the only university accredited program of its kind. Jasmine specializes in chronic disease prevention, pain and stress management.
